Software Conflict: While generally good software, from time to time AVG Antivirus (or others) has a bug which makes it interfere with QuickEye's ability to access the internet. To avoid the problem if it happens to you, AVG must be un-installed (disabling it doesn't help). Microsoft Security Essentials may be a suitable replacement (free).
